5000 Years of Glass in a Day

ARRCC are pleased to announce our patron Andy McConnell, glass specialist on BBC Tv’s Antiques Roadshow, is holding a special fundraising event at Rye Creative Centre Theatre. Join Andy in the Theatre at 9.30am for 10am   5,000 Years of Glass comprises three lectures plus an appraisal of attendee’s own glass, with breaks for refreshments. Employing his distinctively light, humorous and spontaneous approach, Andy guides participants though the three Ages of Glass. Guests are actively encouraged to bring their own pieces along for discussion. Guests will also be encouraged to handle examples from Andy's 30,000-piece collection, passed around at relevant points during the talks., Tickets £ 20 to include tea, coffee and a buffet lunch from: irnamortlock@arrcc.org
